Refund, Return, & Cancellation Policies

Seminar & Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because seminar seats are reserved for each participant, and cannot, as such, be sold, GreenPoint US offers partial refunds up to 48 hours before the course is scheduled to start, local time. Prior to this time, a 50% refund is offered. After this time, no refund will be given. If weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances require the cancellation of a seminar, GreenPoint US will make every effort to reschedule the same seminar for another date. GreenPoint US does not assume financial responsibility for travel or other expenses incurred by any participant due to course cancellation. GreenPoint US offers a 100% money-back refund to any participants who have registered and paid for any cancelled event. Participants will receive their refund via the orginal method of payment (creditcard/debit card/check-cash/check) when GreenPoint US has verified that the original payment has been cleared by our bank.

Coursework Materials Refund & Return Policy
GreenPoint US self-study materials including handbooks, test tip sheets, flash cards and other forms are printed and assembled for each order and are not generally returnable for a refund. The firm does not maintain a significant inventory of course materials--- many programs are customized and, as such, orders can not be returned for credit. GreenPoint US does warrantee against gross defects and damage caused by shipping. Items must be returned under the buyer’s cost and GreenPoint US will resend the corrected material(s). GreenPoint US truly values and respects your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your order or training engagement, contact us at Info@GreenPointUS.com
